Applications

Wholehearted Seeds welcomes girls and young women who are ready to grow in identity, leadership and service. Our programmes are designed to support girls at different stages of life through intentional cohorts, mentorship and network.

Each applicant is thoughtfully placed where she will be best supported

in line with her season of growth.

Sprouts > 12–15 years.

Buds > 15–18 years.

Blossoms > 18–21 years.

To process with consistency and care, all applications are completed through a secure external form.

Who Can Apply

Girls and young women aged 12–21 who:

  • Desire personal growth and wholeness

  • Are open to learning, reflection and responsibility

  • Want to serve others with humility and purpose

  • Value being part of a supportive, values-based network

No prior experience is required - only a willingness to show up, learn, and grow.

How Do Cohorts Work

Our activities run in cohorts, which are small groups of girls journeying together through a season of growth.

When you apply:

  • Your application is reviewed.

  • You are placed in the next available or most suitable cohort, depending on timing and age group

  • Some cohorts may have already begun, while others are forming

We prioritise placement where each girl will be best supported and able to grow well.

Do Applications Close?

Applications do not follow a strict closing date. Instead, we receive applications on a rolling basis.

Placement depends on:

  • Cohort availability

  • Programme timing

  • Capacity and readiness

Submitting an application does not guarantee immediate placement, but ensures you are considered for upcoming cohorts and initiatives.

Is There A Cost To Be Part of the Wholehearted Seeds Journey?

Wholehearted Seeds is committed to ensuring that no girl is excluded because of financial circumstances. Participation in the core programme is not fee-based.

From time to time, there may be optional activities or experiences, particularly recreational outings or camps that involve additional costs. These opportunities are always communicated clearly and well in advance. We remain intentional about accessibility and support. Our heart is that no girl is left behind due to financial constraints.
